BASIC FUNCTION

   Responsible for sales, new products/area development, and accounts management of the company

SPECIFIC DUTIES

1. Scope of Work: Ensures meeting not less than 80% of the annual sales target, may be assigned with key corporate accounts within committed schedules
2. Scouts for prospective clients, sets meetings, introduces the products and services by phone, online or directly in person, conducts sales blitz when warranted;
3. Consistent and reliable account management of existing clients in the said Area
4. product/service costing computations / costing request processing
5. order processing - fast turnaround of leads
6. after sales assistance
7. related operational support
8. billing support
9. digital business reports
10. Facilitates processing of new client inquiries
11. client coordination 
12. generate costing and proposal submission 
13. other related requirements (MRIS, PDCR, etc.)
14. Monitors Production commitments regarding
15. sales forecast vs timeline 
16. client orders and requirements, concerns and complaint
17. replacements of defective stocks
18. other matters
19. Works closely with the Sales/Business Devt Manager in collecting information in aid of market analysis, assessment of market trends, changing demands and requirements of the target market.

22. Diligently records daily Client meeting updates/ Market Research in provided online platform for proper data mining and retrieval.
23. Do product/business review presentations and other training; ensuring a productive client visits every time.
24. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis presentation of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, whenever necessary
25. Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with customer 
26. Ensure prompt resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize performance satisfaction
27. Execute launch of new products and areas - scouting for business prospects
28. Solicits feedback on current products and services
29. Conduct market research
30. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
31. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other support departments.
32. Supply management thru daily and monthly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
33. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

37. Sales Itineraries every Mondays
38. Client visit/Market penetration results every visit
39. Sales pipeline updates every Saturdays
40. Area Monthly Reports
41. Proposal Monitoring Sheet
42. Other reports as needed      
43. Continuously improve through feedback.
