Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Sales Representative who can immediately contribute to our growth by bringing in new business accounts and closing deals. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales experience in logistics, freight, trucking, courier, fulfillment, or related industries, with an existing network of potential clients and decision-makers.

This is a hunter-type sales role. We are looking for someone who can generate opportunities, leverage their existing connections, close accounts, manage client expectations, and consistently deliver monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business accounts in logistics, delivery, trucking, and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Leverage existing client and industry connections to generate qualified opportunities.
• Maintain and present an active client pipeline during the interview and throughout employment.
• Handle the full sales cycle. From prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the appropriate ShipZy solution.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate closely with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners.
• Use CRM, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and other sales technologies to manage the pipeline and follow-ups.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies, systems, and sales processes.
• Work independently and effectively in a remote/field-based environment.

Monthly Performance Expectations

The position is target-driven. The Sales Representative will be expected to consistently deliver:

• 5–10 new business accounts closed per month
• Target ₱150,000–₱500,000+ GTV per client per month
• Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
• Convert prospects into recurring business accounts

Commission: Eligible for sales commissions based on company commission structure and successfully converted accounts.

Performance will be reviewed regularly. Failure to consistently meet agreed sales quotas and performance expectations may result in corrective action or termination, subject to company policy and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, trucking, courier, fulfillment, freight, or e-commerce.
• Strong existing network of businesses, online sellers, SMEs, retailers, manufacturers, or corporate clients is highly preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate a realistic and actionable client pipeline during the interview.
• Proven ability to close deals, negotiate rates, and convert prospects into paying accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage client expectations and resolve issues professionally.
• Comfortable working under pressure and with aggressive sales targets.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and other digital tools.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to conduct client meetings and travel when required.
