Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead the channel planning, customer development, and sales growth of ice cream cake products in the Philippine market, and establish an effective sales model and channel network.
2. Develop channels and consumption occasions suitable for ice cream cakes, including supermarkets, cake shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, hotels, corporate accounts, birthday and celebration occasions, e-commerce platforms, and food delivery channels.
3. Develop and maintain key accounts, distributors, and business partners, and drive product listing, merchandising, promotions, and sustainable sell-out.
4. Develop sales programs, bundled offers, promotional campaigns, and channel cooperation models around birthdays, holidays, family gatherings, and other consumption occasions.
5. Coordinate and monitor freezer usage, cold-chain delivery, inventory, product quality, and storage conditions to ensure proper handling throughout the sales process.
6. Track sales performance, sales per outlet, inventory turnover, returns, and product losses, and continuously improve channel productivity and quality.
7. Collect market information on competing brands, cake pricing, product specifications, consumer preferences, and channel feedback, and provide input for product and market strategy.
8. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Production, Logistics, and other relevant teams to support product launches and sales target achievement.
9. Prepare regular sales forecasts, channel analysis, and business improvement recommendations, and take ownership of sales performance.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of sales experience in food, ice cream, frozen food, bakery, cake, dairy, or FMCG industries in the Philippines.
3. Experience in ice cream, cakes, bakery products, frozen food, or other cold-chain products is highly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of Philippine modern trade, food service, bakery, hotel, corporate, or distributor channels. Existing customer resources are an advantage.
5. Proven experience in new product launches, market development, and building channels from scratch.
6. Good understanding of cold-chain sales operations, including freezer management, cold-chain delivery, inventory, and product losses.
7. Strong customer development, business negotiation, channel planning, and sales data analysis skills.
8. Strong ownership and result orientation, with the ability to independently deliver sales targets.
9. Filippino with good command of English, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment and travel within the Philippines.
