Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish rapport with potential clients, close deals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment approach. - At least 3 years of work experience as a business development manager.
- Experience in acquiring clients in the Philippines and Australia.
- Experience in sales and marketing, lead generation, and business development.
- Experience in cold calling/telemarketing, account management/client-facing.
- International client interaction and networking expertise.
- Permanent Work-from-home | Monday to Friday, day shift | Ready WFH equipment | Freelance/Independent contractor | Benefits: Year-end bonus, travel local and international for events, 1 week paid leave every 3 months and commissions.
