Position: Business Analyst

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: Php 70,000 – Php 100,000 gross

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or postgraduate degree (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service / CX domain
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Genesys AI

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align objectives
• Define and implement customer service transformation strategies
• Drive digital initiatives across platforms and processes
• Enable AI-led and automation-driven CX solutions
• Support end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs
