Business Analyst (IT Implementation)

Salary: Up to PHP 50,000 but it depends on work experience

Work set up: Onsite / Makati City

Job Summary

We are looking for Business Analysts to support the implementation of a Trust and Wealth Management platform for a banking client. The ideal candidate should have a background in Business Analysis, IT implementations, banking operations, fund management, trust operations, or wealth management.

The role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with developers, testers, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD) and other project documentation.

- Create process flows, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for proposed solutions.

- Participate in solutioning and functional design discussions.

- Ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations and business requirements.

- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.

- Assist in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

- Document business processes and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or related role.

- Experience in IT implementation projects is preferred

- Background in Trust, Wealth Management, Fund Management, Banking Operations, or Financial Services is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.

- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.

- Experience creating:

• Solution Design Documents (SDD)
• Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• Workflows and process maps
• Wireframes and prototypes
