Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

•At least 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a financing, lending, banking, or financial services environment.

•Strong understanding of lending processes such as loan origination, credit assessment, repayment, and collections.

•Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and systems analysis.

•Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

•Proficient in documentation tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

•Documents business processes using process methodology tools for ERP implementation

•Restructures existing business operations through outsourcing, business functions, and/or re-engineering internal processes.

•Facilitates process improvement and assists process owners in improving existing process performance.

•Works with business units to develop, maintain, review, and update standard operating procedures, documenting workflow and process steps

•Extracts reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review

•Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns

•Facilitates process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

•Participates in all other management initiatives.
