Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or financial related field with 3+ years of experience or minimum of
• 5 years work experience as business analyst.
• Must be proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in the P&C insurance industry
• Familiarity with Airbase and GAAPIFY Platforms
• Knowledge of intercompany financial processes and chargebacks
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop file schemas and data dictionaries that accurately capture business user requirements to support program partner data onboarding
• Map incoming data sources to data warehouse tables and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
• Promote cross-business awareness of requirements and identify system or process deficiencies through data evaluation.
• Create, document, and manage project requirements while maintaining transparent, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against defined requirements and ensure readiness for deployment.
• Perform thorough quality assurance activities, clearly communicating findings to ensure high-quality deliverables and resolution of issues.
• Elicit, analyze, and translate technical user requirements to optimize system usability, data accuracy, and overall solution effectiveness.
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized delivery, and respond to questions with supporting research and recommendations.
