Job Title: Business Analyst (Project Management and Transformation)

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Work Setup: Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Schedule: Day shift, with flexibility for different time zones

Salary: Up to ₱70,000 (Gross package)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support project management and transformation initiatives in a dynamic BPO environment. The role involves analyzing business trends, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing actionable insights to optimize operations. The ideal candidate will have exposure to data analysis, process analysis, and technical analysis while supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business trend analysis, root cause investigations, and value stream mapping to support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational gaps and implement solutions.
• Support project management and transformation efforts across BPO operations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Participate in business process reengineering and continuous improvement programs.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of initiatives.
• Leverage data and analytics to drive operational efficiency and process standardization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience
• Exposure to Data Analyst, Process Analyst, and Technical Analyst responsibilities.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and support global teams.
• Proficient in data visualization and business intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and value stream analysis.
• Knowledge of BPO operational metrics, KPIs, and SLA management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
