Business Process Analyst

We, at Astron Appliances Philippines, are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will first learn and document our current workflows, then support the transition and implementation of a new ERP system. After this, the job can switch to process improvements

This is a full time job

Location: Baesa, QC, Metro Manila

What You’ll Do

• Study and document existing business processes
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Work with teams and ERP partners during system migration
• Help translate current workflows into the new ERP system
• Support testing, documentation, and user training

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in process analysis or ERP-related projects
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative
• ERP systems experience
• Data Driven
• Analytical
• Knowledgeable in excel
