We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support business requirements, system enhancements, testing, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant Business Analyst experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Gather and assess business requirements.
• Create and review Functional Specifications.
• Prepare and execute Functional Test Plans.
• Coordinate UAT and production implementation.
• Manage Service Requests, documentation, and issue escalation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of IT, Business, or related courses.
• Preferably 2–3 years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Non-Life Insurance, Lotus Applications, Polisy/Asia, and Smart 400 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
