Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within banking projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, API integration projects, and stakeholder management, ensuring successful delivery of business and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FSD).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define solution requirements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
• Support API integration and system integration initiatives.
• Assist in testing, implementation, documentation, and change management activities.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, business analysis standards, and project governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Banking, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services projects.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, SDLC, and system integration.
• Experience with API integration, requirements gathering, BRD, and FSD documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Senior-level experience in business analysis.
