Description
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports using Power BI and Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Analyze data from various sources, including voice and non-voice lines of business, to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver accurate reporting solutions.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure reliability of reports.
- Provide training and support to team members on report generation and data interpretation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization; strong skills in MS Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of handling both voice and non-voice lines of business with effective communication skills.
