We're Hiring: Business Analyst
Location: One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay City
Job Overview:
We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong SDLC experience to gather and analyze business requirements, create functional documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in SDLC (Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Testing, Implementation, and Support)
- Experience in business requirements analysis and documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of process mapping, workflow documentation, and UAT
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
