We are seeking a highly experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in life and/or health insurance systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring high-quality system enhancements, seamless requirements gathering, and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working with life and/or health insurance systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent ability to create clear, comprehensive business requirements documents (BRD) and functional specifications (FS).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technical training to end users.
• Able to join immediately or within 2 weeks’ notice.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with insurance policy administration systems (PAS)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in insurance
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
