Business Development

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and document requirements, translating them into user stories.
Map current and future business processes to support project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and outcomes.
Conduct compliance checks to ensure regulatory standards are met.
Facilitate UAT, ensuring deployments meet business and user needs.

3+ experience in BA project focused on finance, tax, or accounting.
Strong skills in mapping business processes and performing gap analysis.
Proficient in writing user stories with clear, concise communication.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of compliance and regulations (mandatory).
Technical Skills:Background in web development.
Experience with Jira, business process mapping, and tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Finance (BSIT/BSCS/BSBA/BSFinance).
Proficiency in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for deployment.
Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
Strong data gathering and analysis abilities.
