- Transport passengers safely along designated routes
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Report any mechanical issues to maintenance teams
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service
- Job Title: Bus Driver
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum education requirements; degree not necessary.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in vehicle maintenance, exceptional driving skills, valid driver's license, strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Safely transport passengers, conduct vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to traffic laws.
- Working Conditions: Varying schedules including weekends and holidays, exposure to various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, punctual, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
