- Safely transport passengers, ensure vehicle maintenance, and adhere to schedules.
- Safely operate a bus on assigned routes, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Assist passengers with boarding and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to traffic laws and company policies while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Manage fare collection and handle any passenger inquiries or concerns.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, navigational skills, and customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Varying shifts, potential outdoor exposure, and extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, punctual, and patient with a strong focus on safety.
