- Safely transport passengers along designated routes
- Ensure timely arrival and departure
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and welcoming bus environment
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess a valid driver's license and demonstrate excellent driving skills. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance is essential.
- Working Conditions: Split shifts, outdoor environments, and varied schedules.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, punctual, and possesses strong communication skills.
