- Perform routine maintenance on buildings and facilities
- Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Collaborate with other staff to improve building operations
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on building maintenance experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in welding, power tools, hand tools, air conditioning repair, and installation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Working Conditions: Work may involve outdoor tasks, lifting heavy objects, and occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
