You will:

• Respond to maintenance requests from branches and Head Office
• Perform general repair and maintenance work to ensure facilities remain safe and operational
• Assist in branch setup (ingress) and closure (egress) activities
• Perform carpentry work including installation and repair of cabinets, doors, locksets, door tracks, stoppers, and other fixtures
• Handle minor plumbing repairs such as leaking faucets, bidets, and related fixtures
• Repair or replace damaged tiles when needed
• Carry out minor painting and touch-up works
• Assist in facility improvement and maintenance projects
• Travel to branches as required to perform maintenance work
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• You have hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance work
• You enjoy fixing problems and finding practical solutions
• You can work independently and manage multiple tasks

• You are willing to travel to different branch locations when needed
• You are open to occasional night work, overtime, and holiday duties when required
• You are comfortable using tools, climbing ladders, and performing repair work

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course graduate
• Experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and repair work
• Basic knowledge of painting and tile installation/repair
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Schedule & Benefits

• 5-day work week
• May be assigned to graveyard or night shift duties whenever needed
• Paid overtime (OT)
• Night Differential Pay
• Holiday Pay
