Job Qualifications:

• Education: Vocational / Associate’s Degree or a 2-year Technical Certificate
• 2 years experience experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
• Required Skills and Attributes:
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Knowledgeable in safety protocols and regulations
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment/components

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform seasonal maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Assist with installation of new equipment and systems
• Keep maintenance logs and report issues to management
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements

Salary Range: 18,070.00 - 25,000.00

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Shifting)
