Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- At least High School Graduate.
- Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems. (All-around)
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving
