A Maintenance Assistant ensures facilities and equipment remain in safe, functional, and hygienic condition. They perform routine inspections, handling minor repairs (plumbing, carpentry, and electrical), conducting preventative upkeep, and assisting with general cleaning and groundskeeping duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related course.
• Proven maintenance experience.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
