Description
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems
- Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other building components
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in building maintenance
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in routine inspection and maintenance procedures
- Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills on HVAC systems
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with safety and distribution components
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of welding and installation techniques
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
