Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of the building, facilities, and equipment

Ensure that all building facilities are clean, safe, and operational.

Maintain maintenance logs, repair records, and inventory of tools and supplies.

Report safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in building maintenance, facility maintenance, or a related field is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsible, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Willing to work overtime, on weekends, or during emergencies when necessary.
