- Perform routine maintenance on buildings and premises.
- Execute repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques
- Qualities and Traits:Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions:Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments
