Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs as needed.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in air conditioning repair, electrical installation (both residential and commercial).
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, ensure safety and functionality of distribution components, and perform repairs as needed.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, including residential and commercial settings, may require lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliability, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
