Responsible for Facility Operation

II. Duties and Responsibilities:

Your job responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

• Monitor Facilities Utilities Supply with monitoring parameters identified so as to provide a means of knowing the performance of the etch systems.
• Monitor Electrical, Water, N2, WWT Chemical and DI Column consumption and providing a report & trending to Engineer.
• Monitor, Test and maintenance of the system so as to provide maximum protection to employees and assets.
• Monitor Facilities Equipment with monitoring parameters identified so as to provide a means of knowing the performance of this equipment.
• Facilities Equipment– This covers all facilities equipment identified in the plant such as Air Handling Units, Air-Conditioners, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air-Compressors & Air Dryer, Exhaust Fans, Fume Scrubber, WWT Plant, RO/DIPlant, Vacuum Pump and lighting, City Water Tank, Fire-Fighting Tank, City Water Pumps and Piping Distribution.
• Monitoring and Managing of Facilities Services–Janitorial Services, Hygiene Services, Pest Control Services & Rubbish Disposal Services
• Executing & planning of job assignments provided, instructed or assigned by Engineer.
• Perform any other duties as may be required by management.

III. Job Specification and Qualification

• EducationalAttainment : At least Technical course graduate, 2 years Course or 3 years Engineering undergraduate
• Training/Work Experience :At least 1-year experience in a semiconductor company.
• Background knowledge in Electrical Installation
• Knowledge in Compressor Operation
• Background in ACU/AHU/HVAC repairs
• Soft skill is advantage
• Steel works and fabrications is advantage
