Qualifications:

• Vocational course graduate such as HVAC technician and building electrician courses, and the like is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in building maintenance including masonry works, plumbing and carpentry is an advantage.
• With good written and communication skills.
• Can work with less supervision and handles operation and maintenance of building equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Maintaining the electrical/mechanical equipment, plumbing systems, electrical installations and other items such as Dockings, Hangar Doors, 90-meter gate and others.
• Perform minor repair, on all plumbing systems, electrical installations and other similar items.
• Asist vendor/OEM whenever PM is being done on all electrical facility equipment.
• Assist in conducting regular inspection of all Facility Equipment and timely update of checklists.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.
