Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of hotel facilities, including rooms, common areas, and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues.
• Troubleshoot and fix problems related to lighting, air conditioning, water systems, and appliances.
• Maintain and repair hotel furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
• Assist in renovation and improvement projects when required.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or Vocational/Technical course (TESDA certification is an advantage).
• Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Willing to be assigned in Manila.
