- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of buildings, facilities, equipment, and other property assets.
- Conduct basic repairs and troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building maintenance systems.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of fixtures, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Monitor and report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and maintenance issues to the immediate supervisor.
- Ensure that tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform corrective actions as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of completed maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors or other maintenance personnel when necessary.
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
