Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, troubleshoot, and test devices, equipment, and systems and ensure that they work properly and accordingly
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedure on site.
• Must focus on learning and applying the knowledge with the different systems and services of the organization such as the Building Management System, Environmental Monitoring System, VESDA, Water Leak Detection System, Fire Detection and Alarm System, Public Address System, FM200 /Fire Suppression System, Message Master, Facilities Monitoring System, Variable Air Volume, CO2 Monitoring System.
• Must also be open and willing to learn about the other systems and services of the organization such as the Security Systems.
• Knowledge with the use of basic tools and equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on services and maintenance activities by always delivering good and effective service.
• Receive and respond accordingly to the directions of the supervisors and officers regarding the services concerns or other engagements.
• Respond accordingly on the service calls assigned to him by dispatch/services officer.
• Assist in the conduct of effective survey for additional installations, requirements, and other new opportunities.
• Participate in trainings and seminars to keep abreast and to be at par with the required and expected technical and professional skillsets.
• Receive and respond to customer technical inquiries.

Job Requirements

• A high school diploma, technical degree or certification (NC II), and/or any equivalent degree.
• Preferably with experience in related field/industry
• Adaptability and ability to tolerate stress.
• Willingness to work in flexible hours and days and changing schedule.
• With sense of urgency to report matters that need urgent response and action.
• Willingness to learn, such as the different systems of the company- security and building management systems.
