Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings.
- Diagnose electrical issues and execute repairs on various systems.
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to meet facility needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent/ TESDA NC2
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in building maintenance
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in residential and commercial electrical systems
- Skills and Competencies:Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits:Ability to work independently and in a team environment
