- Lead and supervise technicians in daily maintenance and repair activities.
- Assign tasks and monitor work performance to ensure productivity and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and equipment-related issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and monitor work progress.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments regarding technical concerns.
- Train and mentor technicians to improve skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.
- Assist in planning and implementing facility improvement projects.
