MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Requirements

• At least High School Graduate; Technical/Vocational Graduate is an advantage
• With at least 2 years of work experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Knowledgeable in machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or industrial equipment is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform technical and maintenance tasks
• Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to be assigned to any of the designated locations

Responsibilities



• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Inspect machines and equipment to identify potential problems
• Repair and replace defective parts and components when needed
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operating properly
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Maintain and properly use maintenance tools and equipment
• Follow food manufacturing safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns to the supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
