Description
- Analyze, the market potential area of assignment.
- Visit the insurance company & solicit collision repair.
- Develop and maintain old accounts.
- Plan and schedule appointments and accomplish daily reports.
- Coordinates with the Service Department for a schedule of units for collision repair.
- Handles, prepare, and ensure completeness of documents necessary for customers' insurance claims.
- Arrange and handover of finished units to customers.
- Performs other duties that the superior may assign.
Requirements
- Graduate in automotive or related course.
- Experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience in the same capacity or background in insurance processing and claims.
- Computer literate
- With good communication skills.
