• Manages end-to-end property unit turnover from construction to buyer acceptance
• Assists clients during unit inspection and walkthrough
• Coordinates with engineering, construction, and admin teams for repairs and punch list items
• Ensures units meet quality standards before handover
• Handles buyer concerns and provides customer support during turnover process
• Prepares and completes handover documents and checklists
• Monitors unit status and updates turnover progress reports
• Ensures smooth and positive homeowner handover experience
