BRAND MANAGER

Salary Range: (PHP)80,000-120,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Graduate of 4 years course

3 years and more experience in (Beauty, Cosmetics, Make-up) 

Good analytical skills；Good communication skills；Good time-management skills；Hardworking and willing to work long hours；Can work under minimal supervision；Can perform well even in stressful situations；Willing to do field work；Detail-oriented

Experience is very important, better have experience in another Makeup company or Media company.

The job responsibilities of a Brand Manager typically include the following:

1 Brand Management: Developing and executing brand strategies including brand positioning, marketing plans, brand communications, and brand image building.

2 Market Research: Understanding target markets and consumer needs, collecting and analyzing market data, assessing market trends and competitor situations, and developing corresponding marketing strategies.

3 Product Development: Collaborating with the R&D team to develop new product

4 Brand Communication: Developing and executing brand communication plans including advertising, promotions, public relations, social media, and brand events to enhance brand awareness and reputation.

5 Channel Management: Collaborating with the sales team to manage brand sales and promotional activities across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.

6 Budget Management: Developing and managing brand budgets, ensuring the rational allocation of resources and cost control.

7 Team Management: Leading the brand team, coordinating various functional departments, and achieving brand goals.
