We are seeking a high-energy Brand & Operations Assistant to manage our diverse portfolio of imported brands.

Core Responsibilities:

• Promotions & Discount Strategy: Design high-impact "Flash Sales," seasonal bundles, and loyalty discounts. Use aggressive promos to move Slow-Moving and volume-based deals for Fast-Moving consumables.

• Social Media & Online Ads: Manage daily content and paid ad spend (Meta/Google) for our online sites and stores. Tailor "aesthetic" ads.

• B2B Outreach & Exhibits: Proactively connect with Spas, Retail Stores, and Specialty Shops. Lead the setup and representation of our brands at trade shows and industry exhibits.

• Principal & Import Management: Serve as the primary contact for international suppliers, and performance reporting.

• Inventory & Forecasting: Use sales data to predict stock needs. Monitor the lifecycle of all SKUs to ensure we never stock out of high-demand items.

Qualifications of Candidates:

• At least 3 years solid experience in end-to-end product development and brand management, ideally with background in Beauty, Personal Care, Health categories from FMCG industry.
• Able to develop and operationalize go-to-market strategies and plans. Experience in spearheading a new product launch (from insight to idea to commercialization).
• Good comm. skills and confident in brand presentation and coordination both with purchasing and suppliers.
• Flexible to report onsite from Mondays – Fridays in Sumulong Highway, Antipolo (Warehouse) and as needed in Ortigas Center, Pasig (Office-based)
