The Brand Specialist is responsible for assisting the Brand Manager/Brand Officer in the planning, development, and directing of initiatives and efforts to achieve brand objectives and support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy for the brands assigned.

- Assist the Brand Manager/Brand Officer in managing vendor partners and communication agencies, and all aspect of their project and respect to the total company objectives and direction for the brand.

- Directly reports to the Marketing Manager, but has dotted lines to the brand Managers/Brand officers assigned.

- Works closely with the Brand Manager/Brand Officer to reach targets set for each brand.

- Participates in brand strategy discussions and in setting a bulls-eye consumer target.

- Analyzes consumer trends and historical sales data of brands assigned to help in strategizing for directions and growths and identify opportunities.

- Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, and customer a consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.

- Helps the brand Manager / Brand Officer in accomplishing brand updates.

- May be assigned to directly handle minor brands as training to become a Brand Officer.

- Performs other related functions that may be asked of him/her.

Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Advertising/Business Administration/Management or any business related course

- With 1-2 years of solid experienced in related position

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

- Experience of the same position from an FMCG company is an advantage

- With excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical and detail-oriented

- With positive mental attitude and people oriented

- Amenable to work in Parañaque City
