BRAND OFFICER

Job description:

• Spearheads planning, development, and implementation of various traditional and digital marketing initiatives and facilitate their success in coordination with the Sales and Merchandising Team.
• Compose and deliver marketing materials such as but not limited to emails, proposals, presentations, and campaigns, and produces FAQs and SOPs.
• Gathering data on campaign success and proposing improvements.
• Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Reports monthly insights about what works and what does not, and uses this information to strategize next month’s content calendars.
• Manages social media platforms and other digital & non-digital marketing tools.
• Identify new and existing tools to enhance our digital and traditional traffic and engagement, and implement these – i.e. Email Marketing, QR Code, Viber/SMS, etc.
