Job Title: Branding Associate / Brand Associate

Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategy Support

• Conduct market research, competitor scans, and industry benchmarking
• Assist in audience profiling, brand audits, and perception documentation
• Support cultural research and localization insights for international brands entering the Philippines
• Help translate raw data into structured insights for strategy decks

Brand Strategy & Market Entry Support

• Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign platform decks
• Support go-to-market strategy development for brand launches
• Help document insights for international or China-based brands adapting to the Philippine market

Execution & Coordination

• Support preparation of presentation decks (slides, formatting, visuals)
• Assist in campaign coordination and project tracking across teams
• Help prepare client deliverables and reports
• Support content coordination and basic copywriting tasks

Qualifications

1. 0–2 years experience in marketing, branding, advertising, or related field
2. Strong research, writing, and communication skills
3. Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides
4. Detail-oriented and highly organized
5. Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles
6. Willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
