Brand Officer responsible for maintaining brand consistency and strengthening brand presence across all restaurant branches and franchise locations. To ensure marketing initiatives directly support sales growth, customer loyalty, and franchise expansion.

Brand Management

• Ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines across all branches and franchise outlets

• Monitor logo usage, store visuals, packaging, uniforms, and promotional materials

• Conduct regular brand audits (on-ground and online)

Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Assist in developing and executing national and local store marketing campaigns

• Coordinate seasonal promos, product launches, and limited-time offers

• Ensure franchisees properly implement approved campaigns

Franchise Coordination

• Act as marketing liaison between head office and franchise partners

• Provide brand and marketing support to franchisees

• Monitor franchise marketing compliance and performance

Digital & Online Presence

• Oversee brand consistency across social media and online listings

• Monitor customer reviews and brand reputation

• Coordinate content creation aligned with brand positioning

Performance & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and sales impact per branch

• Monitor foot traffic and promo effectiveness

• Submit weekly/monthly brand performance reports

Required Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in brand or marketing (F&B or franchise experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of retail/restaurant operations

• Experience handling multi-branch or franchise setups

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong brand discipline
