Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct field marketing activities such as flyer distribution and tarpaulin posting
• Accommodate and interview clients and clearly explain loan procedures and transactions
• Evaluate and assess client requirements for loan applications
• Verify loan applications in coordination with the IT Department
• Prepare and accurately complete loan application forms
• Assist in loan approval processes under the supervision of the Officer-in-Charge
• Process vouchers for loans, EPA, PW, and remittances
• Ensure all required documents and supporting attachments are complete and accurate
• Encode client information accurately into the system
• Maintain properly signed and well-organized logbooks, vouchers, and forms
• Sort, file, and safeguard documents for both Branch and Main Office records

Qualifications:

• Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate (any course)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willing to conduct fieldwork
• Willing to be assigned or transferred to another branch
