Develop Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the gym's brand and business objectives.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing materials and channels. Maintain and enhance the gym's brand image and reputation.
Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, social media, email, and events.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for all marketing channels. This includes working with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling marketing materials.
Digital Marketing: Manage the gym's online presence, including website, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns. Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and conversions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitor strategies. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other metrics. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Event Management: Plan and coordinate promotional events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to increase visibility and attract new members.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, fitness, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective promotion of the gym's services and programs.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and digital marketing. Proficiency in marketing tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create compelling and on-brand messages.
Creativity: A creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
