Core Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Bookings: Manage hotel reservations, process arrivals/departures, and handle billing.
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors, provide local area recommendations (e.g., dining, transport), and store luggage.
- Issue Resolution: Address complaints, troubleshoot property/room queries, and coordinate with maintenance or housekeeping.
Essential Skills
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills to interact pleasantly with diverse guests.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage bookings, phone calls, and in-person requests simultaneously under pressure.
- Technical: Proficiency in Property Management Software (PMS) and digital communication channels.
