Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate
• 1–2 years of related experience in Retail, Sales, or Customer Service
• Can start immediately
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic
• Enjoys engaging with customers, especially kids and families
• Team player with strong communication and selling skills

Responsibilities

1) Brand Representation

a. Serves as the front-facing representative of the brand in-store.

b. Embodies company values, service standards, and professionalism at all times.

c. Promotes a welcoming, friendly, and helpful store environment.

d. Actively supports brand campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.

2) Customer Engagement & Experience

a. Proactively greet customers and offer assistance.

b. Guides customers to the right sections, products, and services.

c. Recommend relevant books, school/office supplies, and gift items based on customer needs.

d. Escalates complex concerns to the Store Manager or Supervisor when needed.

e. Answers basic product, promo, and price inquiries.

3) Product Knowledge & Selling Support

a. Maintain updated knowledge of New Items, Best Sellers, Featured Titles and Collections, Promotional Bundles and Seasonal Items.

b. Supports suggestive selling and cross-selling.

c. Assists in promoting priority categories and featured merchandise.

d. Provides suitable options and guides customers toward informed purchase decisions.
