As the Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and monitor store personnel schedules, attendance, and manpower deployment to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock receiving, monitoring, replenishment, stock transfers, and product availability to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts (P-count) to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items and coordinate with the warehouse and merchandising team for proper stock allocation and replenishment.
• Analyze daily and monthly sales performance, customer feedback, and store reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive store performance.
• Ensure the store meets and exceeds daily and monthly sales targets through effective merchandising, upselling, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute store-level initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
