Job Summary

The Branch Supervisor oversees the day-to-day work at the store. They make sure the shop runs smoothly, shelves are full, customers are happy, and sales goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage opening and closing duties, cash registers, and daily store safety.
• Staff Management: Train, schedule, and guide store crew members to deliver great service.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels of Korean imported goods, handle deliveries, and reorder products.
• Customer Care: Greet shoppers, answer product questions, and fix any complaints quickly.
• Sales & Reporting: Monitor daily sales numbers and report issues or target progress to upper management.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 2 years working in retail, grocery, or food service supervision.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Korean food, snacks, and grocery items is a big plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, basic computer and POS system skills, and good problem-solving habits.
• Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
